The ORRC board of directors maintains the minutes of their meetings for review.  To read the minutes from a particular meeting select the year from the list below and click the FIND MINUTES button.  This will display a list if the minutes for the selected year.  You may then click on a meeting and the minutes will be displayed for your review.
